All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on the limousine service and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the premium vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $300 for each carpet or seat burn, $200 vomiting , $80 glitter or gum  on the premium vehicle carpet and sanitization fee is $250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).  It is forbidden to smoke, vape or consume food inside the premium vehicle at any time.   A 20% gratuity is applied to all bookings.  For additional tips to the driver please email [email protected].  Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). The possession, consumption of any form of illegal drugs or narcotics is NOT allowed and any violation will result in immediate cancellation of limousine service contract and forfeiture of all deposits and fees paid for service.  Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Any change in contract will result in a new price change.  Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.  A full refund is given to reservations cancelled within 72hours of start of service, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded for all other cancellations.
